William "D-Fens" Foster is attempting to visit his estranged ex-wife on his daughter's birthday. His car breaks down, so he parks it in a Los Angeles traffic bottleneck and chooses to walk. He goes to a convenience store to get some change for a phone call, but the Korean proprietor refuses, causing Foster to lose his cool. Foster, who is crazy and violent, becomes enraged by the myriad problems he finds in society.
