Double Tap
Rick Pang (Leslie Cheung) is an IPSC champion and a gun expert who alters his pistols to perfect his 'double tap' method, which involves firing two shots at the same time in the same precise area. He competes against another accomplished shooter named Miu in the 1996 IPSC Hong Kong shooting tournament (Alex Fong). Unfortunately, the competition was ruined by a depressed stock trader, a friend of Miu's, who lost a lot of money in the stock market and threatened the contest's safety, injuring the IPSC supervisor, who was also a friend of Miu's. Rick had no choice but to double tap him to death. Rick's reaction to this meeting was oddly thrilling, and he discovers his desire to murder others in cold blood.
