Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus
Swantham, Daivathinte Cleetus is centered on Cleetus (Mammootty), a feared long-haired rogue. He astounds the parish priest (Siddique) with his uncanny resemblance to Jesus Christ in appearance and demeanor. The priest casts him in the role of Jesus Christ for a light and sound show for their upcoming festival. During rehearsals, his true self emerges. The fact that he is a goon is revealed, but the priest decides to continue working with him in the hope that the experience of playing the noble character will lead to his transformation. After that, things change in Cleetus' life. Events that occurred in Jesus Christ's life begin to occur in Cleetus's life as well. The rest of the story revolves around what happens to Cleetus and the people around him.
