Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales discover a treasure map that leads them to a wishing well, where they can have any wish granted in exchange for a penny (through old cartoon footage). Daffy establishes a resort around the well, where a variety of Looney Tunes characters gather to realize their ambitions. Meanwhile, Yosemite Sam and the Tasmanian Devil are on the prowl for the varmints that stole their treasure map from them.
