Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering

Grace Rhodes, who is studying to become a physician, returns to her hometown at a time when a peculiar ailment is infecting the youngsters of the area. The symptoms include a high fever and spasms, but what follows the following day is more stranger: all persons infected with the disease pretend to be someone else and then begin murdering adults. After her sister endures the same sinister transformation, Grace begins to suspect a connection to an evil cult leader who may be rising from the grave.
