Deathly sick Count Dracula and his slimy servant, Anton, go to Italy in search of a virgin's blood. They are welcomed at the crumbling estate of the indebted Marchese Di Fiore, who wants to marry off his daughters to rich suitors. But instead of finding pure women, the count meets incestuous lesbians with vile blood and Mario, a Marxist manservant who is suspicious of the aristocratic Dracula.
