a menial theme park mechanic Sue, Sam's childhood girlfriend, is a recurring figure in his fantasies. Sam arranges the most romantic night of his life to propose to his one and only true love, under the misguided idea that only a bling ring can win her heart. In the meantime, Sam's plans are thrown into complete disarray when super villain Oscar arrives with his own evil ring, which has the potential to destroy the city.
