Cowabunga! '60s surfing legends Frankie and Annette star in this sexy new take on their old-school, good-time beach film. Bob Denver, Tony Dow, Pee-Wee Herman, Jerry Mathers and more well-known figures make appearances in this one. Annette and Frankie grow up and have children in the Midwestern United States. For the sake of their daughter, they return to Los Angeles to see their daughter, who is living with her boyfriend and attempting to cover it up. After meeting Connie, a nightclub owner, Frankie begins to have marital difficulties. Things heat up when the local surf toughs challenge the good guys to a surfing duel since their punk son has joined forces with the toughs.
