Autumn in the City
Piper Grant uproots her life and travels to New York in the hopes of launching a successful career and discovering her true calling. She meets the budding author Austin Edwards as she moves about the city in search of new and intriguing temp employment. These gigs lead her to various parts of the city. Piper's bright and cheery nature is at odds with Austin's cynical demeanor; nonetheless, the enchantment of the fall season quickly brings the two of them closer together. They decide to work together on a children's book project after Piper realizes that her true calling is illustration. During the course of the project, they come to the realization that the person they are really looking for may be each other. Piper's realization that her true calling is illustration prompts their decision to work together.
