T.J. and Dexter abandoned their jobs in Detroit to teach skiing in Aspen. While T.J. becomes the school's most popular lecturer, Dexter's future is uncertain and he considers working as a drug courier, putting their friendship to the test. Meanwhile, T.J.'s wealthy friend Brice encourages him to write and offers him to live with her. When she is not around, he falls for the lovely blond radio hostess Robin.
