Arrhythmia
Oleg is a young paramedic with a lot of potential. His wife Katya is a registered nurse who works in the hospital's emergency department. She adores Oleg, but she is frustrated up with the fact that he is more concerned about patients than she is. She informs him that she wishes to divorce him. The new director of Oleg's emergency medical assistance department is a cold-hearted manager who is tasked with putting in place new, harsh procedures. When it comes to rules, Oleg couldn't care less — he's got lives to save – but his attitude gets him into trouble with the new boss. The crisis at work corresponds with the crisis in one's personal life. Oleg and Katya are caught in the middle of their patients' needs, their off-shifts' drinking, and the changing health care system. They must find the common ground that will keep them together.
