In love with an incredible woman - Katherine - who is intelligent, talented, and comes from an excellent family, Alex finds himself in the company of a magnificent man. The quirky sense of humor, honesty, and ability to listen that Alex has won Katherine over are some of her favorite qualities in a person. After deciding to propose, Alex is taken by surprise when Katherine presents him with a thorough list of well-thought-out "improvements" she believes will help them become the perfect marriage. Alex rebuffs the concept that he should make any changes on his own initiative. Alex, however, chooses to "do the list" in the face of a new challenger.
