Airplane!
Despite the fact that he has developed a dread of flying as a result of the trauma he experienced during the war, alcoholic pilot Ted Striker decides to board a passenger plane in an effort to win back his stewardess girlfriend. The food poisoning kills most of the passengers and crew, so it is up to Striker to land the jet with the assistance of a glue-sniffing air traffic controller and Striker's vindictive former Air Force captain, who must both calm him down.
