One ton of cocaine was stashed in an abandoned warehouse six years ago by a ruthless criminal genius. Except for his vicious sidekick and his attractive but lethal girlfriend, no one knows where the drugs are hidden. A mysterious Jamaican named Ghost steals a quantity of drugs and takes it to prison rather than handing it over to the police or a rival gang. Despite being kidnapped by a black box covert operative named Cole (Bill Koruna), he manages to escape with the assistance of an FBI agent (Angela Williams). Cole's primary purpose now that he is out on parole is to obtain the cocaine, sell it, and disappear into a life of luxury. However, his actions are being thoroughly scrutinized by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Russian mob, and other bad guys, and everyone is interested in tracing the trail to the secret cache of cocaine.
