Based on the real-life killings of Richard Speck. Warren Stacy began murdering women because his odd conduct leads in rejection from innumerable women. He always does so while naked, obscuring any physical evidence left behind. Detective Leo Kessler is sure of Stacy's guilt and, against his partner's wishes, plants evidence to secure his arrest.
